I HAVE MY PERMIT...

YES, I HAVE MY PERMIT...AHHH...

The test was the most stressful test of my life...but I passed! I found the first 2 sections really easy, but I DIED in the 3rd...
You had to score 24/32 to pass...I got 25/32....haha oops :) buuuuut yeah...the mistakes I made were pretty stupid..because the book and the test contradicted each other! but thats ok because I still passed and now don't have to do through that stres again!

EXAMS ARE OVER AND ITS WINTER BREAK!!!!

So a little review on my exams:

Science: really easy
Science lab: not enough time ahhh
French: oh my my text was horrible
Biology: annoying
Math: kind of hard
History: alright...but I hate the wording the government uses!!!!!

TOMORROW I'M GOING TO ARIZONA! Except I'm not quite finished packing...time to go do that....

I'll probably write when I'm there...but just in case I don't, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Haha...science fair...

Soo I probably won't get to skate again until after the break..its kind of sad...but I PASSED MY AMERICAN (did I tell you that yet???) AND I LANDED A CHEATED DOUBLE FLIP so I'm happy with Tuesday's skate being my last until the new year. My axel is still not back, but hey, I'll take a cheated double flip :)

OK that's enough... it's time for me to go pack...

Oops...it's been a month...

Haha. I forgot about my blog for a month. Oops.

November has been absolutely crazy BUT now, I have a 4 day weekend!!!

I don't have much to say besides that I am a music geek. It's pathetic, really. Today, I went skating with my friends and we were having lots of fun, but just as they were about to go and watch GILMORE GIRLS (!), I had to go home because I had to go to a piano lesson. And you know what I had to bring to piano?? MY FRICKEN SAX. BECAUSE I AM PLAYING MY SAX AT THE PIANO RECITAL. AHHH. AHHH.

It was pretty funny though, because for like 10 minutes, my sax wouldn't work ( I had forgotten that all my reeds are dead except for one)...so I spent that 10 minutes searching for it as Earl gave me dirty looks.

I had my first exam this week. Well, it was only really part of an exam: module 1,2 and 3 essay question! Guess what it was?

Describe the effects of the fur trade.

The effects of the fur trade! I even had a mnemonic for that one. It was:

D
A
F
E
E
P
W

:)

But I'm going to lost a few percent because I crossed out 4 words. Great.

Besides that, nothing else really happened this week. Or last week. Or the one before.

OH, IT WAS ANNE'S BIRTHDAY THIS WEEK! HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ANNE! :D

Yup, that's about it. It is now time for a cool picture.

Ahhh...summer....

Skating lately has been extremely weird. One day, my jumps will be amazing and the next they will SUCK. It's so strange and very annoying because I KNOW I can do the jumps, but on the sucky days, I just don't. Hopefully Saturday will be a good day. The judge at Cote St Luc on test day is EVIL though, so my coach pulled me out for my freestyle and skills tests...I'm going to wait until March I guess. BUT, I'm testing my American for the 5th...yes, 5th time on December 8...ahhh...

Ok, well I have to go and watch Grey's Anatomy now, even though I think it's going to be a re-run. Hopefully I will post again sometime soon....

Wilson:That smugness of yours really is an attractive quality.
House: Thank you. It was either that or get my hair highlighted. Smugness is easier to maintain.

I got a rock...

I love Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin with a passion. But I MISSED THE EPISODE THIS YEAR!! IT'S INCREDIBLY DEPRESSING.

Ok this is going to have to be another brief post...as I am falling asleep. I am actually getting sick because I'm so tired. Yes, sick. I now have a cold. Fun, isn't it?

Today was a ped day, but I still had to go to school for a jazz band rehearsal. It was fun...I stole someone's solo in 25 or 6 to 4 (the coolest song in the world)...long story there :)

In a few weeks we have a music recital...I have sooooo much to learn for that....I shall make a list:

1) classical solo
2) jazz solo which I got today
3) small group chamber music
4) whole group chamber music
5) whole group jazz piece
6) learn a piece by ear..somehow..called TENOR MADNESS by the way :D

Joy joy joy joy.

TOMORROW I HAVE SKATING and I'm oddly excited. My double loop has been crap lately but my double salchow is getting sooo much better that it's worth sacrificing double loop for.

I found out that for the Jr. Bronze freestyle test, I have to do a split jump. That is somewhat problematic. Actually, it is extremely problematic. My split jump is the crappiest thing ever. It's actually quite funny to watch me do, because I look so pathetic. :D

Alright...well that's enough for now...it's only 9:36 but I'm going to bed...I'm wayyy too tired to stay up any longer. Maybe I will have a piece of birthday cake first, though. :D

More to come soon.

OH! I ALMOST FORGOT MY POSTLY PICTURE!!!

HOW COOL IS THIS?? I AM GETTING TACKLED. IN A RUGBY GAME. I LOOK VERY VERY UNHAPPY. BUT IT'S STILL COOL. VERY COOL. I WOULD BE THE ONE ON THE BOTTOM. WITH THE BROWN HAIR. YUP! THAT'S ME.

Skitter with the Mice Mix B

Just dropping in...I don't have much time to write right now so I'll just be writing a mini-post...

Sooo...where to start?

Not much has happened since my last post, except for school of course. I HAVE A MATH TEST ON MY BIRTHDAY which is depressing...a science test this Monday and then another one on November 6, I just had a history test and now I have another one on November 1 and then ANOTHER ONE on November 13...yup...so that's all thats gone on...stress...

AND IN SKATING I learned double flip!!!! I can't do it for my life, but it's a lot of fun to try. So now, I have a consistent axel, a semi-consistent double salchow, a 100% sucky double toe, a not bad double loop and an interesting double flip :) Today in my lesson, I spend about 25 minutes straight falling, so I'm pretty sore...

I hate Quebec lately. In French, we have this assignment where every few weeks we have to read stupid L'actualité and write about 5 articles. I want to throw that magazine at someone's head (that is the extent of my violent thoughts...lol)!!! Its soooo annoying and incredibly separatist. I hate it. I think that my French teacher is trying to make us separatist people by forcing this separatist media on us.

(edited because I realized that I live in Quebec and people might become angry...very angry...)

OK well, it is now time for a picture to lighten the mood...

Ok, it is not letting me post a picture. SO I will save it for my next post. I will give you a hint, though, the contents of the picture begin with R.

Whoever gets it right gets a secret prize. You'll just have to wait to win to see what it is.

Well, I should be going now...Hopefully I will have more interesting things to say next time.

And now for some advertisements.

!!!!!!!!!COME TO BAZAAR ON FRIDAY!!!!!!!

That's all. :D

I babysat for 9 hours yesterday...

Yes, 9 hours. NINE HOURS!! I was soooo long and got really boring...

AND the parents of the kids didn't tell me what time they were going to get back at....so I was just kind of waiting for them to get home for NINE HOURS.

But I made some money which was good :)

And the kids are pretty self-entertaining so I don't have to do much when I'm with them!

Thursday was the cross country race! I did kind of badly...but that's because I hurt my knee in skating and was stupid enough to run on it. I should have stopped after the first lap of A, but I was too STUPID to, so I kept going. As soon as I got to the massive/huge/never ending/extremely inclined/full of leaves/death of me hill, my knee started to hurt a lot and I had to slow wayyy down to prevent myself from dying of knee pain. lol yes.

I'm really mad because I got 1 place worse than last year. BUT, if my knee wasn't bothering me during the race, I could have done SOOO much better, because I got WORSE than last year but on an injured leg....gr...grrr.....

And because of my stupid knee, I skated for 30 minutes on Saturday then got off the ice after my dance lesson because it was getting sore. My dance coach was getting annoyed with me because I couldn't really skate that well, but I was like "ITS NOT MY FAULT, I HURT MY KNEE!" and he was just like "Oh..."....he didn't care too much :P

I really have nothing to say here...but I decided I would post for the fun of it :)

I'm liking these smilies that I'm making :)

I'M EXCITED FOR HALLOWEEN!!!! I love Halloween...and pumpkins...and candy. I found out that on Halloween, I actually have a dentist appointment which I am not happy about...but whatever, it will serve them right for giving me an appointment on Halloween..I'll get my teeth cleaned and then eat chocolate and candy for a couple of hours :D

I'm not sure if I should go that night or stay home and dress up in a really corny costume (I've always wanted to put a sheet over my head and cut out eye-holes and be a ghost) and "scare" kids :D

Now, since I am running out of things to say, I will post my postly-picture!

OK I simply could not choose between a few. So I will post them all.

Me and Susie on SKI DAY!!! I love how you can't see my face...IT WAS SOOO COLD THAT DAY. It was also super windy...my skis were like flying out from under me...it was weird....

The following picture begins a list of things I must steal from Cecilia.

HOW COOL IS THIS??????AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

WOW LOOK AT THIS TSHIRT. IT IS THE COOLEST THING EVER. EVER. EVER.

Ok. Enough pictures. Hm....what to say? I don't know....ahh...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

There. That's something!

IT IS 7:26 PM!

There. That's something else!

The other day, Anthony (dance coach at skating) told me a really funny/ really not funny joke. So I will now post it.

Anthony: "Your leg is a major part of your body, right?"

me: "Um, sure."

Anthony: "So if you swing it through the right way, it will give you all the momentum you need and you won't have to go flying all over the place and lose control when you are doing the dance."

me: "Sure..."

Anthony: "So if you get the movement right, it will give you momentum ALL NATURALLY! Unless, of course, you have an artificial leg...in which case the movement wouln't be all natural.... HAHAHHAHAA"

me: "ok that wasn't funny...."

Ok that was the joke. Pretty bad. Not too funny...Sorry, I didn't do a very good job of entertaining you there. Ok I shall entertain you with one last thing...a quote! Signifying the end of my post! :D

Until next time...

Stupid French explorers...why did you have to make history so complicated with all your stupid explorations and all these stupid dates???

Ahhh. I'm studying for our module 1 history test and I'm mad at these French guys that decided to come here and discover North America. I hate learning dates. And now, because of Jacques Cartier and Giovanni da Verazzano and others...I have to learn dates...gr...all the dates sound the same...1524, 1534, 1535, 1541, 1542, 1608, 1666, 1663 ahhhh....too many numbers....and it's all basically Jacques Cartier's fault.

LOOK. I'M POSTING. I KEPT MY PROMISE. I'm actually very proud of myself. I am actually posting in this thing. And my blog has lasted more than a few days! And people are actually reading it! Except THEY AREN'T COMMENTING. Except for Anne of course :).

By the way, Anne, check your email, because I sent you something kind of important. Hopefully you will get it...I'll explain why later.

So...today, I woke up really early to go skating. I had a "OH MY GOD IT'S A BREAKTHROUGH" dance lesson with Anthony, and then did some super nice axels and then had a freestyle lesson. The problem was, I had skated for 2 hours straight before my freestyle lesson, so I had NO energy what so ever during my lesson, and my axels SUCKED and so did all my other jumps...my friend was like "I WANT TO SEE YOUR AXEL! I HEAR ITS GOOD!" and I showed her this pathetic, ugly axel after which I fell and spun around on my knees. I also tried some double toe loops and landed on my stomach, once on my massive bruise from doing double toe last week, and once on my elbow/knee...I kind of skinned my elbow!

Ahhhh...skating....how I love it :)

During skating, a song by the Beatles was playing...called "I've Just Seen a Face". I found it funny, because the chorus is:

"Falling, yes I am falling, and she keeps calling me back again."

And that applies so much to my skating it's not even funny. I am in a lesson, I take a leap of faith into the air, fall on my butt/stomach/knees/elbows and laugh at myself, then my coach calls me back to the boards while laughing at me to tell me why I fell. Yup.

Today, I also decided that in December, I'm going to test my Jr. Bronze elements, maybe Jr. Bronze solo, Sr. Bronze Skills, American Waltz (FOR THE FRICKEN 5TH TIME), Rocker Foxtrot, AND the Harris Tango..and pass EVERYTHING. SOMEHOW!!!! haha anyone want to keep me company on test day since I'll be at the rink for like 8 hours if I test all that???lol

I'm really annoyed at that movie called "Across the Universe". I've never seen it, but lots of Beatles music is in it, and now my grade is suddenly obsessed with the Beatles. I bet most of the people who suddenly became obsessed don't even know who the Beatles are...grr it's annoying...I know some of them aren't "fake" Beatles fans, but I feel like lots of them ARE indeed fake....meh this little "phase" will probably pass in a week or so...

Tra la la la laaaa.

I have so many postly picture worthy pictures. I can't choose which one to post for this post!

Well, I think this occasion calls for two pictures to be posted.

I took this in Paris...doesn't it kind of look like the Beatles' Abbey Road album cover???

I was planning on posting another picture here...but now stupid blogger won't let me!!!!

(I am quite enjoying using the word "stupid" in this post)

This past week, all the new TV shows started! So now, I will do a little mini review on the ones that I watched.

(LOOK AT THIS!!!!! I AM ACTUALLY GETTING IDEAS ON WHAT TO WRITE IN MY POSTS!!!)

HOUSE:

IT WAS AMAZING. House's team was gone and that was kind of sad, but House was as amazing as ever. He consulted a janitor guy and got in trouble for it...and his guitar was stolen which was pretty funny. Ok, that's enough about House.

PRIVATE PRACTICE:

This is Grey's Anatomy little spin off show. It was ok, much better than the preview that was shown last year, but I'm not sure it will last...I hope it gets better...I really don't like the new characters....

GREY'S ANATOMY:

It was really good and pretty funny, because the "interns" now are residents and have their own interns and are trying to be just like Bailey, who is, in my opinion, the best actress on the show. I feel so bad for George, who is an intern again...but I'm so glad he's still on the show!

Ok reviews over.

It is time for me to go watch some Gilmore Girls. I was working so much today and my time to be productive is over. Now I must rot my brain in front of the TV.

I'm running out of quotes.

Why did the chicken run across the road? There was a car coming.

Module 1 History Studying...

I promise I will post later today.

I really do.

For now, here is a quote to entertain you (stolen from Susie's tidbit)!

A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven. --Jean Chretien

My dog is snoring.

And I am about to fall asleep on my computer.

Just thought I would say that THEY ARE FILMING/ WERE FILMING A MOVIE AT MY ARENA! It's a skating movie...no kidding....called The Cutting Edge 3!!!!Apparently, the arena is supposed to be in Washington, because all the cars parked outside it the other day had Washington license plates and there was a US Postal Service mailbox outside...and INSIDE, the Canadian and Quebec flags were replaced with a bunch of American ones! It's pretty funny...the movie people are pretty desperate to use the Cote St. Luc arena to film in....I think I might have walked through a rolling set actually....I was walking to my mom's car and walked right in front of a camera shooting a scene with a bunch of dudes on skateboards....oops :D

I skated today...it was fun...except now I'm super sore because I decided I was going to practice double toe loop...not a good idea!!! I was also doing brackets, and somehow my blades got stuck together and I took a pretty interesting/funny fall...my coach laughed at me...like usual!! haha but it was pretty funny because I fell out of nowhere!!!

Ok. So. I've decided that I'm going to include a picture with each post. Starting now.

SO HERE IS THE um....PICTURE OF THE DAY!!! Maybe I should call it a weekly picture. Because I don't post that often. Or maybe...the monthly picture...or the um...postly picture. There. The postly picture. That leaves me some lee-way (how do you spell lee-way??) in terms of when I post.

Here you go. This is a photo of me trying to break out of the school through the window. It was taken for a French project last year....or was it???? dun dun dun....

Ok well I'm going to go to bed before I fall off my chair and curl up on the floor and start snoring with my dog.

I'm worried about a little boy who sits in front of me at school. He cries every day. This afternoon I tried to help him. I whacked him one on the arm... There's nothing like a little physical pain to take your mind off emotional problems. -- Lucy Van Pelt

18 Pages of 1.5 Spaced History Notes in One Week

I think Quebec wants all grade 10 students to die. I really do. Because 18 pages of history notes in one week of school is insane. And math. And French. And English. And science (our lab report is all wrong). And biology. Sounds pretty fun, doesn't it? Oh yeah, and my piano piece which has too many notes for its own good (Anne- what's with Earl's shaved head???!?!?!?).

:D

I'm really mad a the volunteering people because I really wanted to help out at the event this weekend (very good opportunity for hours...) but they randomly chose people to refuse because there were "too many"...but its kind of weird that they are turning down volunteers....

Well, there will be more time for me to work on my severely screwed up lab report, or read my French book, or do my weird math homework/study functions for my quiz, or fix my history notes so I can actually read them (they were typed so quickly...too many spelling mistakes....)!

But I have skating tomorrow, which should be fun. Last time I skated, I couldn't do anything...but that's probably because I hadn't eaten in a while and then decided to go do double salchows. Not a good combination. But it was still pretty fun, despite the fact that Andrea was laughing at me the whole time...although I was laughing at myself too :)

I don't know if I have posted since Stratford, but if I haven't, Stratford was a lot of fun! We saw four plays: My One and Only, Oklahoma!, Othello, and To Kill a Mockingbird. To Kill A Mockingbird was amazing! The others were good too, but not quite as good as TKAM. Othello was kind of disappointing, and I didn't understand it too well, but that could be because I was super tired and kept dozing off and shaking myself awake again.

WOW WE CAN FLY .

I apologize if parts of this post don't make any sense....I'm too lazy to read what I'm writing over again....I'm way too tired to be awake right now....but it's too early to go to bed....hm....I also apologize for the fact that this post has basically been a rant/ giant complaint about school and how busy I am!

Tralalalalalalalalalaa.

OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNINGGGGGGGG
OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAYYYYY
I'VE GOT A BEAUIFUL FEEEELLIINNGGG
EVERYTHING'S GOING MY WAYYYYYY

Thank you.

Today's jazz band practice was rather interesting. There were some new, and rather annoying trumpet players who played wrong notes for an hour in my ear, and of course our sub music teacher, who can't give instructions properly and made us play I Got Rhythm and about 1/8th of the actual speed for the new trumpet players who were sight reading.

I'm in the mood for Montreal West soccer....that would make me happy. I need something to make me really happy right now!!! lol

WOW I CAN FLY TOO. IN A SUPER TRENDY KILT. WOW I JUST SAID TRENDY. CECILIA IS RUBBING OFF ON ME. AHHH.

I hope I'm not boring you with this post! I guess I could stop writing, but I'm getting into it now...I don't really feel like stopping...but I am running out of things to say!

Um.

A house near my school was on fire the other day?

There. That's something. That was quite eventful. I was walking to music and a huge crowd of green kilted people were crowded around the window. So, I looked out too. And smoke was billowing out of a building close by! Then, in music, it smelled smoke...pretty strongly...that's how big the fire was. Apparently, a propane tank exploded and then the roof of the house caught on fire or something.

Ok. I think I have filled you in on my life. So I will be going now. Bye!!! hmm...I want cookies....:) I hope you enjoyed my little rant/ update on my life post :).

I never made a mistake in my life. I thought I did once, but I was wrong. -- Lucy Van Pelt

Monday, September 3, 2007

Well, the worst that can happen is that I spend some time in your town and suddenly have an urge to enter a pie in the county fair.

I haven't posted in a while. Oops. I seem to have a problem with writing in this thing frequently. I blame it on school. If only I could quit school...then you would get my wonderful posts very very very often :).

Well, school has started. The first two days were incredibly long and boring! I'm scared of most of the course outlines I have gotten...I think Quebec is trying to kill off all grade 10 students...so yes...I was dreading having French class on the first two days at school, and thankfully, we did not have French! SOO the year is off to a good start! :D

I just spilled chocolate on my white shirt. Excellent.

Tomorrow, we are going to Stratford for our grade trip. I'm not really excited...but it's much better than school...and apparently there is a really good fudge store in the area so that will make things interesting :) I finished packing today! My bag is pretty small..I'm really not bringing a lot...where as some people are bringing pillows, sleeping bags, etc...oh well...

OOH MY DRAFT WAS AUTOSAVED.

I still can't get over that.

So yesterday I was watching Gilmore Girls. I love that show. It's too funny. :) :) :O)
Wow. :O) . It has a nose. OK. New topic!

Um. I haven't skated since my last post...actually maybe I have...I forget when my last post was...but anyway, last time I skated, I just kind of messed around for an hour... I didn't feel like seriously practicing anything because I knew I would not skate again for a while, so I just had fun with various jumps/spins. I landed a few axels and double salchows which surprised me because I did not expect to land ANYTHING, as I had not skated in a month and my skates were super super ultra extremely sharpened.

My brother got a Nintendo Wii for his birthday. I am officially obsessed with it. It is SOOOO fun, even though I suck! I did a "fitness test" on it...and it thought I was a 58 year old woman (in terms of my skill level...hm...)!!!!!! But my brother was 55 so that made me feel a little bit better...apparently we both suck, but that's ok, because it is SOOO fun to play!!! :) :) :): ) :):):):)

Alright...well I'm going to go finish packing for Stratford and maybe go for a jog...I'm feeling too lazy to run but I have been saying that I was going to go since like...a week ago...so I should go...ahhh procrastination....

Eighth time's the charm!

This quote from House also somewhat applies to my struggle with my skating test....the STUPID American Waltz which I have failed 4 times....so it is almost appropriate! I start skating again on Sept. 8, but I might be able to get an hour in this week because there is "pre-season ice"!!!

I got my hair cut!! It only looked nice after I got it cut though...before I took a shower. Now, it's just poofy. Yes. Poofy. And blogger does not know how to spell poofy because it underlines that word in red every time. How else would you spell poofy? Pooffy? Pofy? Poofie? Nope. It's poofy and blogger and the dictionary it is using are wrong. Wrong wrong wrong.

Well...um...SCHOOL STARTS ON THURSDAY! Help!!!! I can't believe the summer is over. Why does time go by so quickly in the summer? When I was younger, the summers felt like they went on forever and ever...and I was glad to go back to school because I was getting bored! But now, the time goes by so quickly that I barely feel like I HAD a summer. :(

My cousin visited us the other day...he's pretty funny...and he beat up my brother which is always entertaining because I think my brother cried!!! Muahahahahahaha....he showed me this game called Lemmings which is AWESOME!! It's pretty hard, but really fun to play once you get the hang of it :). And, I like it because it's called Lemmings, and of course, I AM Stuper Lemming (my amazing animal super hero character from grade 4), so what could be a better game?

I went out to a Chinese restaurant for dinner today. And let me tell you, I have never eaten so much chicken. The best part was the peanut butter dumplings. And the general tao chicken...although Anne's chicken was pretty good too :) and so was my strawberry lemonade smoothie which I somehow was able to drink while watching Anne's drink mysteriously spill out of her straw.

Ok well I have to go now...apparently Mars is going to be the closest it's going to get for another...oh...several hundred years...maybe thousands...in about 3o seconds so I am going to go and stare out my window!

Jaws from Family Guy: Hey. I'm gonna eat 'cha. I'm gonna eat that hairy leg. I'm gonna eat that other one, too. I can see right up in them shorts. Got lots of rows of teeth to chew you with. Dun-na, Dun-na, Dun-na. Oh, I did eat a fat kid on a raft earlier. That's OK though, I have been swimming a lot.

Oy with the poodles already!!!

Yesterday I saw Nicky's dog and he is the cutest thing alive!! He is so furry and fluffy and cute! :)

Today I babysat an evil two year old. I got there and he was crying and screaming....then his mom brought him to his crib and the kid fell asleep for two hours! It was awesome because I made 20$ by sitting there reading, and then feeding him a peanut butter sandwich (which he made a gigantic mess of, but his mom got home right after he made that mess so I didn't have the chance to clean it up....meaning she did it and I worked even less :) ).

I also went to the video store to try to rent the first season of Friends, but they never seem to have it when I want it....

Sadly, the summer is almost over....I am also running out of things to do, and consequently, things to write about, even though this is only my fourth post.

Right now, I'm downloading music. Yay! I'm in this very strange phase right now....I really can't listen to any new music....because I find it all sucks....I've been really into really old stuff....really weird, old stuff!...

I really really really really want to skate. Pre-season ice at CSL starts next Tuesday...so I only have 3 more days to wait...I'm so excited! I hope I can still skate...I have been trying to practice my jumps on the ground but there is no where to do them. I've tried in the house, but I almost broke our new TV so decided that wasn't the best place...and because of the construction and freaky construction dudes in my backyard, I can't really do them there, either.

You know what is surprisingly delicious? Dipped cones from DQ. They are WAY better than I remember them....the chocolate that covers the ice cream is SOOO good...better than normal chocolate...and even though they are messy and easy to get all over your face/clothes/the ground, they are super good and I recommend you get one next time you are at the Dairy Queen.

Well, that was my advertising segment, I hope you enjoyed it.

Now, for some musical entertainment!

Na na na na na na na na FISHINGGG!! FISHINGGG!! Na na na na na na na na FISHINGGG!! FISHINGGG!! FISHINGGG!!

I hope you liked my interpretation of "Fishing" by Homer Simpson.

And now, for a short commercial break.

Commercial over. How cool is that picture!?!??!?!?!?

Ok...I'll write tomorrow I guess...I'm getting my hair cut so that should be adventurous and I might have something to say about that!

Lorelai: Heh, you know what I just realized? "Oy" is the funniest word in the entire world.
Rory: Hmm.
Lorelai: I mean think about it, you never hear the word "oy" and not smile. Impossible. Funny, funny word.
Emily: Oh dear God.
Lorelai: "Poodle" is another funny word.
Emily: Please drink your drink, Lorelai.
Lorelai: In fact, if you put "oy" and "poodle" together, in the same sentence, you'd have a great new catchphrase, you know? Like, "Oy with the poodles already."
Rory: Hehe.
Lorelai: So from now on, when the perfect circumstances arise, we will use our favorite new catchphrase:
Rory: Oy with the poodles already.

Oh no! I overslept! I'm late! For my nap.

Why hello. Welcome to the third post of my wonderful and exciting blog! YES. Blogger just saved my post. It's very entertaining to watch the little thing at the bottom tell me when Blogger automatically saves my writing.

I don't have much to say today. I felt sick most of today so I barely got off the couch. Watched a lot of TV...right now I'm watching Family Guy and Stewie is having a "sexy party"...hm...

I also fed the fish of the kids I babysit. That was pretty exciting. Let me tell you, if you ever have the opportunity to watch goldfish (named Goldie and Silver) eat, DO NOT MISS IT. Thank you.

Hm. So. What do people write in blogs, anyway?

Hm. Hm. Hm.

WELL...today I ordered Gilmore Girls season 4 off the internet, and normally the ship things really quickly, but I might only get the dvd's after school starts which is very bad because for the next two weeks, I have nothing to watch except for pointless Family Guy episodes about Stewie having sexy parties! Blogger saved my post at 10:21 PM.

I bet no one knows where the title of THIS blog comes from!!! It's another challenge. OOH. I think this one's less obvious. The prize this time shall be a chia pet. With Bermuda grass hair. Quite a novelty item.

The other thing I did today was read Harry Potter! I have decided to re-read the series :) starting with the first book which is WAY better than I remember it! I can't get over how cute the characters are before they turn into teenagers with their insane mood swings and constant anger (present in books...4 onwards basically...)!!!

Alright. Well. This is the end of my pointless rambling. I'll post more tomorrow...or the next day...depending on how bored I am since I am Gilmore Girls deprived. :P

Spider pig, spider pig, does whatever a spider pig does!

Can he swing from a web? No he can't, he's a pig! Look out! Here comes the spider pig...

If only I could import a song to this blog...it would make your day...I promise (with the exception of Anne and Rachelle's day because I think they have heard enough of Spider Pig for a while).

I seem to be promising people a lot of things lately...like the pony I promised to whoever knew where the title of my last post came from. Unfortunately, the pony died by drinking toxic waste from Anne's backyard last night, and so I will not be able to present the winner with their prize. My apologies.

I realize that last week I said I would write 'tomorrow', but just so you know, when I say I will write 'tomorrow', in my blogging language, that means next week. I was busy skating last week...so I didn't really have a chance to write. I failed my dance test for the 4th time...pretty exciting, eh? My dance coach gave me great advice though: DON'T JUMP OFF A ROOF! Yup. Very good advice.

I neeeeeed to clean my room. I've been putting it off since I decided I was going to build a shelf for my movies. The shelf turned out extremely crooked and its paint job is quite horrible. The problem is, I refuse to continue cleaning my room until I clean the little corner where my DVD's are...and I can't clean that corner until I finish my shelf. And I can't finish my shelf until the construction people finish their lunch break because they are sitting in the garage and freaking me out. And they won't move until they are finished smoking and eating and whatever else they're doing. And even if they finish, my dad is making me spray paint in the backyard. And I can't go into the backyard until the construction people leave for the day. And I can't spray paint in the dark. SO I might have to wait until the weekend. SOOO, my room might have to stay messy for a bit longer.

I'm not skating this week! It's WEIRD...I am actually bored...I feel like I should skate...because I failed my test...but I am not signed up for this week and I got strict instructions saying that I have to be signed up in advance to skate this week, I can't just show up and pay. Oh well. I have two weeks to have a life before school starts. That can't be so bad, right? I think I'm a little TOO used to having skating every day...

Even though I failed my dance test twice this summer, I made tons of progress in my freestyle. I landed my axel and even a few double salchows! I learned the double toe loop, which I cannot do for my life! I also learned double loop which is pretty fun even though I can't actually rotate twice in the air. My spins have come along very nicely, as well. My flying camel almost looks like a flying camel, and my layback is much less ugly for people to watch :)!!! During my break, I plan on working on my jumps off ice, so that I can rotate them on the ground, therefore avoiding killing myself when I go back to skating in September.

Well, I am officially out of things to say or complain about. I hope you enjoyed this post. OH WAIT...Ok I'm going to tell you a joke that I heard on WestJet that I finally remembered.

Ok. So. There are two cats: one named 'One two three' and one named 'Un deux trois'. One day, the two cats decided to have a swimming race across the lake. Which cat won the race???

One two three did.

Why?

Un deux trois cat sank.

(count to 5 in French)

(un deux trois = cat's name...cat=quatre...sank=cinq)

HAHAHAHA.

Schroder: I like Beethoven. But Brahms makes me glad I'm alive. I think I'll go home and listen to Brahm's Fourth. I have the need to have the feeling that it's good to be alive.

Charlie Brown: I know what you mean. That's a terrible feeling to have the need of having the feeling of having...

Auugh! I've been kissed by a dog! I have dog germs! Get hot water! Get some disinfectant! Get some iodine!

This is the first post of my new blog! Yay!

I have no clue how long this one is going to last...I am going to try to actually post in this one. Maybe it will be cool. Juuuuuuust maybe.

Whoever knows where the title of this blog is from wins a pony. Yes, a pony. That moos. A moo-ing pony.

So. I'm not really sure what to write in this blog so that I don't bore you. I will start by telling you about myself.

My name is Jenna. I hope you remember that because it is an extremely important fact. I am 15 and born in October. I am indecisive. Very indecisive. I love snorkeling, soccer, figure skating, running, music, playing music on my saxophone and piano when I don't have to worry about Earl who wants me to practice 23.5 hours a day, reading Harry Potter, watching House, Grey's Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, climbing trees, biking, learning new skating jumps and falling hard on my butt while hopelessly attempting them, staring at my frog, Sid, swimming slow laps, hating Stacy on the TV show House, Marvin the Martian, Professor Snape, Neville, Ron, and cows. Moo.

I hope you enjoyed that very descriptive description about me!

Wow. I am amazed. Blogger keeps telling me that it is saving my drafts automatically! Yay!

It just saved a draft. That makes me happy because it saves me about 1 second. So I have 1 more second to write!

I'll post tomorrow (hopefully!) and tell you about my day which will (hopefully) be exciting! I know that I will be skating...which I'm really excited for because I haven't skated in a week and I'm getting quite bored! :P
